[nrv-hams] IRLP and Echolink

Carter, Ron and all,
IRLP was created in Canada, and when I go up to the Maritimes every
summer, I hear a lot of IRLP activity cross-Canada. I have even
answered an Australian call on a DC area IRLP linked repeater when I was
on the beltway once. And in Canada I have checked into 2 meter IRLP
cross-Canada nets. I'd be interested in learning more too.
