[nrv-hams] SkyWarn training meeting DETAILS

I have confirmation from Phil Hysell that the training on March 17th at the Inn at Virginia Tech Alumni auditorium is at 6:30pm and it will be the advanced SkyWarn training.  Please spread the word and make plans to attend.  Phil is a great presenter, the material is compelling and comes at you fast.  I will find out what opportunities are planned to get the basic SkyWarn training in the next few months and post it here.
