Please join me in congratulating Carter on getting his 5 band DXCC after
getting his last country QSL card in the last few days.  Kay and Carter do
not run high power and don't have big antennas.  This is a testimonial to
skill, perseverance, and luck ( which is the residue of preparation).

I was in Alabama but I think that seismic activity we felt was Carter's
whoop and jump!
