[nrv-hams] Testing APRS

Ron, I now have UI-view up and running on Windows 7.  Much easier then they
originally had it set up as.  I am going to be doing a write up of how it's
done with what I have here, that is Win 7 and Precision Mapping 8.1.  Then
I want to redo my laptop with Win XP Pro and write that up also.  I have
been interested in Xastir for awhile now, let me know how that goes.  Maybe
I will put it onto my Ubuntu machine for APRS.
