Hey Carter,

I was on the 10 meters today around noon and heard a lot of activity on CW.
Made a contact on 12 m and did a lot of listening. Will try some tomorrow.

I bought all the stuff for the ground and will bring it to the toroid
winding to be sure I'm putting it together correctly before I drill Perhaps
you can bring the "braid" then and show me how to connect it to the plate
via the washers, bolts etc. I'll bring them. That will be my first
"building" project.

Had an evening CW contact this week on the Extra frequencies on 20 m with
Spain - first European station in years so I'll keep working on this.

When you get a minute, would you give me your class year at Woodberry?
Hunter tried to find it on the Internet class site, but it was difficult.
He is Hunter Thomas Walker - class of 1996 - and he contributes every year.
He attributes a lot of his success to that experience.

Thanks for your help good luck with the contest this week.

Ken KO4OM.
