For those of you with iPhones, check out the application "Freq Finder" at the App Store. 
According to a friend on another list the app provides the following info 

Accessible repeater directory
 If you have location services turned on, the app will detect your location and show in a very readable chart all the repeaters from 10 meters on up that you should be able to hit with call, CTCSS tone requirements (if any) and approximate signal strength you should experience using each repeater. I
