[Novice-Rigs] T150A

Hello All,

Been trying to get a T150A back on the air. Its now working pretty good on a
xtal, nice clean carrier and only a slight amount of chirp, but I am having
VFO problems. I am surprised how many resistors have changed value (some as
much as 50% of original value) through out this unit and each one I change
seems to make the rig come to life a little more. The vfo was not working on
80 meters and found the tuning slug coil wire broke at the solder point.
With this repaired it started oscillating but it has introduced some hum  on
the carrier and if I modulate the rig it FM's with the voice peaks. I spent
enough time on this rig to have built the kit from scratch twice so now I
cant let it get the best of me. Anyone else worked on troubleshooting this
xmtr? Just wonder if you have any pointers or had similar problems?

Seems like this list has been a little quiet, be nice to hear some chatter.
