Hi Lee - another list member here.  I think you'll
have better results by hitting 'reply' instead of
'reply all' - your message to Bry is being broadcast
to the lists, and I don't think that's what you meant
to do.  300 people on 3 different lists are not
going to be able to do much to help you with your
order, whereas Brian directly certainly could.
