There is a good summary of FCC/ARRL activity regarding the 3GHz band found at https://www.arrl.org/3-ghz-band    .   For now, the current status is that our secondary operations are permitted to continue indefinitely in the remainder of the band, 3.3 – 3.45 GHz, pending future FCC proceedings.   Those wishing to complete 3GHz EME or VUCCs may want to hurry along though as the future of the band is in doubt.  If you need a grid on 3400 to complete your VUCC let me know.
