The January QST also has a Product Review on the Wouxun KG-10H quad band handheld.  6, 2, 222, and 432, FM.  Looks like it receives 902 also, so if you can figure out transmit capability on 33 cm you have a five band low cost FM grid-circling rover tool.  $220.
