You do get 100 points for each station you work, as long as your at least 1Km apart.  I'm guessing you don't have many people with light stations.  But remember as long as at least one of you moved 10 miles or 16 Km you can work them again.  So it looks like you need to find a lot of good LOS paths that you can drive to, and not get in trouble setting up there in the dark.

A couple of my friends here are looking at UV LEDs, but I don't think either of them has a working station yet.   I think they both want to try in daylight making QSOs.  I may try and build a station.

As for me working you, it would take a real band opening as I'm normally in Michigan or in Ohio along Lake Erie for the contest.

Yep, sorry about that. THz certainly gets you to the 5 Multiplier!
But I see that the Multiplier is for the distance points only, not the QSO points. So it's not as valuable as I thought, but still could add up some points. We pretty much need line of sight and a night sky to make QSO's . So keep your eyes open for possible Line of Sight paths for optical while you are setting up for 10 GHz :-)  Rob - K0XL

Hello Rob,

You missed a "1".  It's 122 GHz and Up is a multiplier of 5.

Good luck with your light QSOs.

For future reference, this is what I understand for multipliers for 10 Ghz & Up.
Let me know if I am missing something.

Band Factor or Multiplier:
10 GHz   1
24 GHz   2
47 GHz   3
75 GHz   4
22 GHz and Up 5

If that is true, then finding some viable optical paths and doing some pre-planning to get some reasonable distances with our THz (Light) rigs (at night) could be quite useful in the future :-)
