According to their website, Down East Microwaves is celebrating their 500th 10GHz transverter.  See  https://www.downeastmicrowave.com/   If you have a spare hour you can watch Steve build one.  I learned a few things in watching the vidio and, note the IC 202 that is used for part of the transmit testing.
