Eastbound I-94 between Hwy 280 and I-35E (with traffic rerouted to Hwy 36)
Northbound I-35E between Hwy 5/West 7th St and I-94
Westbound I-694 between I-35W in New Brighton and Shingle Creek Parkway in Brooklyn Center
