CSVHFS Members:

First, even if you cannot attend the conference in Lincoln, you can go through our registration process and select "not attending" (down at the bottom of the form).  By going through the process, you can pay annual CSVHFS dues. More importantly, you can purchase this year's proceedings and have them mailed to you!  If you are having the proceedings mailed to you, be sure to select (down near the bottom) "Proceedings to be mailed to you".  (Don't select the one up in the conference registration portion.)

This year it is 209 pages and I will add a listing of articles to the 2025.csvhfs.org website when I have the listing.

Mailed out Proceedings are $30.  Dues are $5.  If you are a Life Member, just mark the proper box up top and you won't be sending dues $.  PayPal or mailed check are fine.

Last year we nearly sold out of our run of 175.  Consider nabbing your copy of this year's proceedings by going through the registration process.

Second, I want to thank those registrants who made a donation during the registration process.  These donations are primarily used to support the current year's conference.  A little bit of the donations support our ongoing Award Programs like Spring Sprints, States Above 50 MHz, Reverse VUCC, and our Chambers and Wilson Awards.  So far, many thanks to:  W5NI, W5NZS, KA9VVQ, KA2KQM, AG5XV, WA1MBA, KG0VL, NM5BB, K5EJL, K0XAS, KK6MC, W5VY, and K0TLM.  These generous donations help CSVHFS operate smoothly.

Other ways to assist the society are to bring auctionable items to the conference, offer up papers and presentations for your fellow CSVHFS members, or serve on the Board or any of the committees.  If you have some interest in serving on the Board or committees, reach out before the conference to current Board and Committee members to express your interest.  You do not need to attend the conference to be nominated or elected.
