I have lots of equipment problems here and lack the time to work on them.  Among the casualties is my 2M xvtr which I looked at for awhile yesterday and couldn't isolate the problem.  I didn't have time to re-cable everything to the IC-9700 (with mast mounted preamps and separate TX/RX feedlines) it's a major hassle reconnecting things with relays involved, etc., so I just skipped the event.

Not sure if I'm going to have time for the upcoming 222 & 432 sprints or not. I guess I'll have to wait and see.  I just have too many other non-radio related projects I have to get done and right now they are higher priority.

Hello NLRS land

The 2m CSVHFS sponsored Spring Sprints is tonight.  Full rules found at https://sites.google.com/site/springvhfupsprints/home    then click on the "2025 Information" on the left hand side.  There are some new rule changes this year including the ability to work a station twice; once on any "analog" mode such as SSB, FM or CW, and once again on any digital mode such at FT8, etc.   After the event, all you have to do is report your score to 3830 https://3830scores.com/   , that's all.

Plan A for me is to be on tonight, SSB and CW mostly, some FT8 later on.  Work me twice please !   Note that if you are using a logging software like N1MM it will probably note that any 2nd contact is a duplicate.  Just ignore it and log the 2nd Q anyway.  Some logging software will allow you to enable logging of dupes automatically without generating a "dupe" message.

I've also cut and paste the Sprint announcement email from the Sprint committee FYI, see below.
