Have you looked at the N3FJP help web pages...the following link https://www.n3fjp.com/faq.html#q52 is likely a good start as far as creating your Cabrillo file.

THEN the ARRL has a web-based log uploader at https://contest-log-submission.arrl.org/ where you make a few entries and selections and can upload the Cebrillo file that the N3FJP software created.

Maybe someone closer to the twin cities can offer further assistance to you if needed.
