To all in NLRS land.......

I do understand that Matt can rub some folks the wrong way with his comments about VHF FT8, but unfortunately many of his comments are certainly right on the money.

This coning January contest in a couple weekends I won't even be bringing my 2 Meter SSB radio. Would be waste of space and time.

Most all of my contacts as Rover I expect now will be FM.

But I will still be out there having some Rover fun. Just have to change my plans and hit lots of Repeaters in many different areas to find folks willing to try making simplex contacts.

Matt, I will be giving you a holler on your repeater.

Thanks for being such a reliable, fun contact over so many contests over the years!!

And I hope as well, to connect with many other NLRS folks via cell, text, spotting and repeaters to get you in my log as well on 6m, 2m, 220 and 440,
