Dave et all,
I have not been active with the hobby for a long time until covid came along, I jumped feet first into SOTA and a little POTA, great reason to get outside, fresh air and addressed being stir crazy during the pandemic.
I am not a digital operator, I have gotten on for a couple VHF contests and been disappointed in lack of activity. I love CW and SSB, I spend my time on CW mainly on HF with NAQCC, SK club and other monthly and weekly sprints, lots of CW and SSB activity on HF for me. We tried a monthly NLRS CW sprint, I got frustrated calling CQ and hearing nothing, digital seems to have taken over.
I have limited free time so HF is where I hang my hat currently.

Just as a curiosity, and planning question, how many operators still use SSB/CW as opposed to digital during the contest? Have they gone all but extinct?  I remember 2020 was very sparse on those modes.

I modulate, therefore I am! ...73, and all that jazz, Dave...N9TTX Always remember: "It could be worse.....it could be raining." Marty Feldman from "Young Frankenstein"
