Not completely related, but maybe useable….

I did a very simple ”splitter” for IC-9700 that will give you 3 separate PTT lines, one for each band. Solution is “hardware only” no need for CPU, software, CI-V protocols etc.

HOWEVER, it requires soldering experience with small stuff as it mounts inside the IC9700, so don’t attempt this at all if you are not up to the task (or if you don’t want to mess with warranty etc)
