Trying to get ready for FT8 on 222 & up distance contest in August. What frequencies

are being used on 50, 144, 222, 432, 902, 1296, 2304 MHz ? Do most people use common

watering holes or is most of it by prior arrangement on a user selected frequency ?

Any info will be a help to get me lined up.
