DSN=24GHzWBFMbuild Tasks  Things taht need to be done 11Nov2015

High level plan is to get 10 GHz WBFM working first, then proceed to 24 GHz.

Have at least two Solefan Gunn transcievers that were characterized by W0AUS !
Probably can't find the data for set point or voltage to hit 10.250 GHz.

Need to complete at least two Modulator/Power regulators for above. 

Need to add at least one wobbulator audio osc to one of the above.
Probably can't find the suggested circuit from WB0LJC !

Put the above circuits together and characterize what I have with my
HP 5342A Microwave Frequency Counter. Need to know what the upper voltage
limit on the Gunn so I don't burn it out.

Plan to have a Digital VOM hooked in so I can verify where I am set in the field.

Try to see what kind of distance I can achieve with the Horn antennas and how
much trouble I have with thermal drift. These are brute force, no built in
themperature tracking tuning diode, whatever that was called.

When this is successful, will move on to the 24 GHz Point to Point Equipment.
Only have one of those, so better be very careful.
