[NLRS] 222.057 beacon back on again

Currently the beacon here is about S1 on an FT-817 with a Q5 transverter and an OA-222 at about 20'. SINPO = 15541. 

Before you took it offline, it would range from S1 some days to S2/S3 on other days. 

I can also hear it on my Kenwood TH-D75A with a rubber duck. Its just above the noise, but copyable.
