Hello NLRS land
As you may be aware the ARRL has officially declared 2026 the Year of the Club. In support of this PR event, several clubs have organized to create the Club QSO Party to be held on June 20th 0000z through June 21st 2359z (48 hrs). See the information that I have pasted below.
After Aurora'26 I will organize our club to see who wants to operate with our club call, W0AUS, during this fun event. You would be able to pick your desired operating time, band(s) and mode(s). Note that all bands (exception of 60m, 30m, 17, & 12m), all modes, and all platforms are available. Think about participating, mark your calendar, more information to follow after Aurora'26.

Toall Amateur Radio Clubs:
TheARRL has officially declared 2026 the Year of the Club, and we’reanswering that call with a brand‑new on‑the‑air event built specificallyto energize your members and put your club front and center.
Introducingthe Club QSO Party — the operating event designed FOR clubs, BY clubs.
OtherthanField Day, there are very few true club‑focused operating activities. Thatchanges now!
Yourclub’s station will operate using your call sign plus your club’s age — forexample: K2AA/110— instantly showcasing your club’s history and identity every time you hit theair.
Whyyour club will love this event
- Every mode counts — Phone, CW, Digital
- Every platform counts — Repeaters, DMR, EchoLink, and more
- Every band counts — All amateur bands except WARC
- Every member counts — The more members who contact your club station, the bigger your club multiplier
Thisis truly an all‑inclusive event. If it gets RF (or even VoIP) out intothe world, it counts.
Event Dates - June 20th 00:00 UTC throughJune 21st 23:59 UTC
Howto participate
- Individual operators: Get on the air and work as many clubs and operators as possible.
- Clubs: Put your club station on the air or allow members to operate using the club call with trustee permission. (Or both there are no geographical restraints)
Yourmission:
Rallyyour members. Activate your club station. Show the amateur radio community whoyou are.
