[NLRS] 2m e-skip

I don't work EME, so I wanted one that has a wider beamwidth. I was looking at a 7 element earlier which would give me another 3 dB, but not sure if its actually worth it. I want to get on 10 GHz, so would like to put the money into that instead of just another 3 dB on 2m.
