[NLRS] 2m e-skip

I have the beam at around 150 deg now. Its manually rotated, so I'm glad the DX is in pretty much one direction. Have had a couple in other directions, but even pointed at them, no luck. 

I've also worked a couple off the side and it was completely fine.
