[NLRS] TotalPower software

Hi Everyone,

That's a common problem when trying to download Total Power. I've had 
the same problem since I first downloaded version 4.0 quite a while ago. 
My solution was to keep trying until it loaded. Although sometimes I had 
to try on another day. Eventually it will download fully. Once someone 
else downloaded version 8.0 and posted it on a site where we could 
download it. Sorry, but I don't recall the URL of that site.  In any 
case there isn't a lot of difference between the versions for our use as 
the program is written for Radio Astronomy.

I have used Firefox on Linux Mint and Windows 11. I'm on Comcast.  Just 
tried with the Windows machine and couldn't download after three tries.

I see the Jon just sent an email to Mario, but I's sure he knows it's a 
problem, as it's been ongoing for a long time.

I have 8.2, 11.0 and 12.0 on my laptop. If someone has a good suggestion 
as to how to do it, I will send the zip file to you. By-the-way, the zip 
file is just about the same size  before and after opening.
