[NLRS] VE4MA and VE4MA/b 10GHz

 Worked Barry on a cell about Bemidji (50K) Barry was 40db. Worked on both CW and FM.
I am now hearing and seeing the VE4MA/b. It is about 3db in strength and I can hear a sidetone. Hard for me to hear this beacon due to the hills, forest and local trees.
