[NLRS] FYI: Balloon launch, Nov 21

The Iowa State University Campus Amateur Radio Club (W0ISU) will be launching a 10 kHz wide non-inverting linear transponder on November 21st at 1400z on a high altitude balloon. All info for this flight can be found at this website: https://stuorgs.engineering.iastate.edu/carc/balloon-lauch/. The transponder will have a 10m uplink and a 2m downlink.
