Mike, W0VTT, will be at MidWinter Madness for ARRL Awards card checking:
All ARRL awards, all bands.

Don't know times nor place in the arena but its not that large... ask the Staff.
(I will 'guess' anytime after 0900.)  Check when  you get there and (maybe ?) arrange a 
time with him.  I don't know how busy he gets at these events.
