[NLRS] Rule change for 2025 CQWW VHF

 And, don't forget the rule change for the CSVHFS Spring Sprints.  For the 6, 2, 222 and 432 Sprints you can work a station once on an analog mode and once again on a digital mode.  Multipliers (grids) only count once.

If you have not noticed, and I have not, CQWW VHF has split out the contest into two weekend; one weekend for analog modes only and the second weekend for digital modes only.   The analog only weekend is 1200 UTC Saturday, July 5, to 1200 UTC Saturday, July 6, while the digital only contest is two weeks later, 1200 UTC Saturday, July 19, to 1200 UTC Sunday, July 20.   
The contest remains 6 and 2m only.
