[NLRS] looking for tower worker/service

A climber could drill bad rivets and replace with bolts as they climb... 
to protect the fence when tilting down make a cradle that is taller to 
lay the tower into... if there are enough tree in the right spots a rope 
over a tree branch(use a piece of carpet under it to protect the tree 
and make it slide easier) away from the tilt direction can be used to 
control the tower on the way down. A car or ATV can be used to slowly 
lower it...
