[NLRS] 10 G antenna/ tune up test session July 12th

I would actually really like to join this, if possible. I have a new (for
me) 10 GHz rig, but have yet to make a successful contract. So I don't know
if it's working properly.

I'm currently out of the country, but will try to clear my calendar
sufficiently when I get home to attend this. Will shoot to follow up next
week, to let you know one way or the other.
