[NLRS] Anyone in ND on 10 meters?

If there is anyone in ND right now (10:51 AM on Tuesday) with the capability
of working me on 10 meters, I'd appreciate if you could give it a try!  That's
one of the two states I have left on 10 meters.  I'm calling CQ on FT8, and
PSK Reporter shows that I'm being picked up by N0YPD.  I e-mailed him, but if
anyone else is around, I'd appreciate if you could check.  I can also try a
different mode.

Please send any replies direct to clem.law at usa.net, as I get the digest and
won't see them for a while if you reply to the list.
