[NLRS] 200, 70, 23 cm WSPR running

Erica, I have my 2m antenna pointed towards you this morning from EN34it. Listening on WSPR, 2m only, 144.489 1500 Hz, transmitting with 10 watts at 20%. I'll let it run that way through today and tonight. I have reporting turned on too so you should be able to see if I decode you at all.
I live close to the Mpls airport and sometimes aircraft scatter mucks up the WSPR signals.

Also makes me wonder if modes like Q65 at a very slow rate would work
for a QSO. I remember seeing that it's good for something like -28
signals.
