[NLRS] 10 G Cumulative WE#1 July 28th update

For future reference, this is what I understand for multipliers for 10 Ghz
& Up.
Let me know if I am missing something.

Band Factor or Multiplier:
10 GHz   1
24 GHz   2
47 GHz   3
75 GHz   4
22 GHz and Up 5

If that is true, then finding some viable optical paths and doing some
pre-planning to get some reasonable distances with our THz (Light) rigs (at
night) could be quite useful in the future :-)
