I was able to get on for a couple hours Saturday morning, and 6M was
hopping for much of that time. I did listen briefly later in the afternoon
before the thunderstorms rolled in, but didn't hear anything then, so I
guess the opening didn't last.

I was monitoring 144.200 on the bandscope as well, but only had a couple
contacts there.

I kept getting requests for repeats on my grid...turns out my winkeyer
clone was dropping the first element on every transmission. W0VX emailed
me to let me know. I found and corrected the issue - had to increase the
'Lead Time' parameter in the Winkeyer setting on N1MM+. Of course, it does
NOT affect the sidetone on the K3, so everything sounded fine to me. My
paddle is plugged in to the keyer, so even the fills I tries to send with
the paddle dropped the first element. So my grid came out as N34
instead of EN34. I suspect I missed that setting when I replaced the shack
PC recently.

It was SO GOOD to make some SSB and CW QSOs on 6M again ! I hope the
contest organizers keep the analog only session on the calendar.
