[NLRS] Sad news regarding W0ZQ's wife

[Paul Husby]

Jon Platt's wife of 48 years passed away last week after a short battle

(this is more detailed than the one in the Minneapolis paper yesterday).

  Jon is the long-time President of NLRS and one of our most active 
members since the beginning.  Our thoughts and prayers are with Jon and 
his family.
