[NLRS] FYI - QST article on THz communications

Shades of the old Ramsey Kit circa late 1990's.  They worked... W0AUS and I each had one. 
(Might still have mine, biut not the faintest idea where it is.)  Worked over a couple of 
100 feet.  Hard to align.
