[NLRS] NLRS Digest, Vol 259, Issue 4

I can put up some 6 meter WSPR no problem.
I been very busy lately. I was even going to try 2M wspr someday.
I usually do 160M and other HF bands.
I am in Forest Lake, which direction on 6M for 200mW for now. I could do
more but try that for now.
