A few phone number updates. If you want a phone number added let me know.
Thanks to everyone who has sent in an update.
If anyone else has an update please let me know. Last one will go out
Friday evening.
There is a 50% chance of rain Saturday morning until about 1 PM. Check
for updates to the forecast in the next two days. For those going to
Jim's please be prepared. Forecast for the rovers looks good but hot. We
will look for rain scatter if necessary.
New info highlighted with ****.
*Rovers:* WBØLJC, Gary and WA9TT, Larry. Start time with MN/WI (EN35rj
stations) 7:30 AM. _First planned site with the Northern stations is
EN32qw._ Depending on Corn it may not have an open look in directions
other than straight North.__

*Route*--Saturday North Central Iowa near Waterloo south to U20 and west
on US20. North from Fort Dodge on Sunday. End at Kiester, EN33en.
******Expected arrival time at the first US 20 site (EN32rl) is
10 to 10:30 AM. At each site, along US20, we will start with the EN35rj
group and others to the north. Then look East as there are a few close
ops in that direction. Next is the EM49hq group in Hannibal, MO. From
there who we work depends on conditions.
*Rover#2*: Chris, NØUK, and Holly, KØHAC will be roving on a route
starting near EN24TQ heading south ending in Iowa. Overnight in
Fairmont, MN. Heading SW back into Iowa on Sunday morning before heading
north back into MN to wrap up the weekend.

*Fixed:* KØKFC and WA2VOI at Jim''s QTH in EN35rj.
Jon, WØZQ plans to be at Jim's both days.
Ray, WBØEBG, both days.
Mike, KBØOZN. At Jim's one or maybe both days.
WFØT, Warren, plans to be at Jim's. He will use the ZQ/AUS
loaner as his rig is still in parts. _All Day Saturday._
WBØVHF, Evelyn. Is planning to be at Jim's on Saturday.
Plans to arrive around 8 AM. If feeling up to it she will try to get
back to Jim's on Sunday.
There is a chance the AJ9L, Andy, will join the EN35 group. However, he
lives in Neenah, WI, a four hour drive to get to Jim's.

* ****Loaner rig*: *We still have one loaner rig available on
Sunday*. Warren will only be using it on Saturday. Both ops need to used
the WØAUS call. Larry, WA9TT, will be using the other club loaner as his
rig has not been repaired. There may be additional rigs as some of the
ops own extra equipment.
*Fixed from EN34hx: *NØKP, Dave plans to be on top the building at
EN34hx. He didn't say but I think it will be both days, if he doesn't
get blown off the roof. 612-720-0009 (C).
*Fixed home QTH:* KØAWU, Bill in EN37ed. His plans have changed. Bill
will be available pretty much the entire weekend.
******Fixed home QTH: *WØGHZ, Gary*. *No particular plans**to be home.

*Fixed from near home QTH*: NBØM, Ed. No further plans available at this
time. However, I have suggested at site with good takeoffs in some
directions not far from his home QTH.
******Fixed site EN42ts*: KA9VDU Gregr. He will be at EN442ts13HH Platte
Mound M. This site has very good views to the West but other directions
may be limited by the trees at the top. 608-576-8654 (C).
******Fixed group at EN52xi*: AA9IL, Mike 847-217-0869 (C) and K9TMS,
Tom 815-451-7625 (C). Text also. Maybe another op or two.
*Fixed group Saturday* *at EM49hq:* AF4JF, Herbert. AD7OI, Kevin and
Tammy, KI7GVT (sorry about the mistake in her name), plan to be at
EM49hq part of the day, they have a commitment at 4PM. K0ØZ, Ron and his
XYL Debbie, KC9ULA will be at EM49hq for a short time. Then they plan to
rove to the north for a few sites. However, roving back to the south is
also possible. There could be another op or two at EM49hq.
*Canadian Operation:* VE4MA, Barry, is organizing some local operations
on the higher bands up to 122 GHz. He can be available for any long rain
scatter or tropo contacts.
*Not on*: W9FZ and KA9VVQ. KØMHC, Jim. KCØSKM, Gregg. NØAKC,
Charlie.W9HQ David. W7XU, Arliss. WAØRSE, Paul. NOØX, Todd.N9EM, John.
