[NLRS] Class C amp and digital modes

Jon, it just occurred to me...you should do an Artificial Intelligence
study using Grok.  I use it all the time for ham radio, duplicate bridge
and other questions.

Just ask a well composed question.   I conduct a Deep Search.  It will
study 20 or many, many more documents and come back in a few minutes with a
well composed document...easy to read...often 4 or 5 pages.

I have conducted perhaps 50 searches and I've never been disappointed with
the excellent information.
