[NLRS] Various (400+) Tubes for Sale

Hello again NLRS Land,

Let's try this again...

I've converted the Excel spreadsheet to a PDF, and it looks to be a 
faithful copy of the Excel file. So please see the attached PDF file for 
the list of tubes.
