[NLRS] 10 GHz Cumulative Weekend #2 September 21 & 22

Here is what little I know about the second weekends participants.

Rover: WBØLJC Gary. The plan is to start north of Ames, IA to give us 
more chances to work the Missouri     and Kansas stations.

Rovers Wisconsin: Janice, KA9VVQ and Bruce, W9FZ have a general plan to 
start East of La Crosse and travel SW on Saturday. Ending the day near 
Prairie du Chen. On Sunday start travel SE toward Rockford, IL. These 
are just general areas where they are thinking about roving. More 
details when they have firmed up their plans.

Fixed Site: Jim, KØKFC, has offered his QTH in St Croix Falls, EN35rj 
for use as the fixed site.

         WA2VOI, Donn plans to be there with Jim.

         WBØEBG, Ray has said he will operate at Jim's. I don't know 
which day or if he will be there both days.

         WFØT, Warren, will be using one of the club loaner on Saturday.

Fixed site #2: Lenny, KØSHF and Todd, NOØX, plan to be on from EN26cg 
northwest of Alexandria. Days and times unknown at this time. We are 
hoping for some rain scatter so the rovers can work them. Todd has plans 
to bring a group of interested ops to view the activity.  If anyone has 
a chance to work them for the demo please do so. I have told Lenny to 
set up some skeds.

The Missouri ops will probably be at Hannibal, MO EM49hq, Saturday 
morning for a few hours.

Not on: Jon, WØZQ, will not be on Saturday. Undecided about Sunday but 
he might go join the fixed site at KFC's.
