[NLRS] POSSIBLE PHISHING ATTACK

I received the email below today from "ARRL.net"
This "may" be valid, but it  "stinks."

I have NOT clicked on the "Fix Problem Here" field.  It resolves to a file download 
(surprise, surprise) but Windows could not make a connection with the targeted server. 
(Good.)

The resolved "address" does not appear to be valid: closest I can find is '(at)schou.com'
I would be VERY careful of this. and NOT actually click on the tag.

Cc: ARRL Headquarters just in case it really IS valid.... very badly worded if it is. 
(Which I doubt.)
