[NLRS] 10 G Cumulative weekend August 17 & 18

A few more people have let me know of their interest in going to the 
South Dakota sites for the August weekend.

Here's what I have so far:

Rovers:  WBØLJC and WA9TT. We need more rovers.

Fixed at the SD sites: KØKFC, VE4MA, VA3ECO, WØZQ, NØKP and WA2VOI have 
all expressed interest in going to SD for the weekend.

There are others who will probably stay at or near home who I haven't 
heard from yet.

Nothing is set in stone and the weather can change everything on short 
notice.

Let me know if you are interested in joining either the rovers or the 
fixed groups.
