[NLRS] Approval of NLRS business minutes, please read

Hello NLRS land
At our business meeting at Aurora'24 we fell short of a quorum needed to conduct club business.  With 134 club members we need 45 members present to conduct business while we had 40 present.  We decided to conduct business as normal and to then send the 2024 business meeting minutes out to the club seeking additional input for approval on those minutes (ie, the business that was conducted) via email.
As such, I am requesting that club members who WERE NOT in attendance at the Aurora'24 NLRS business meeting to do the following:    
   - Go to https://nlrs.club/#Membership and look at the membership list PDF found there to confirm that you are a club member
   - Review the attached Aurroa 2024 NLRS Business Meeting Minutes, June 1, 2024
   - Drop me a direct note at w0zq at aol.com if you approve or disapprove of the business that was conducted and documented in those minutes.  We need at least five more club members to approve.   

Looking forward we will look to address the issue of defining what a quorm is in our ByLaws to help avoid the "good problem" that we have with club growth.
