[NLRS] Cqww vhf

[David Palm]

I have not been as active as I have wanted to be over the past years.  I'd
like to see that change as I am an empty nester this fall and approaching
retirement.  But I have no interest in the digital modes and ultimately if
that's the way things trend I'll sadly be out for good.
