[NLRS] Being an author for ARRL VHF+ contest results

Hello NLRS land
The League is looking for two VHF contest results authors; one for the 222 & Up Contest and one for the September VHF Contest.  This is a interesting/fun opportunity for someone to learn more about VHF contesting while supporting the ARRL.  The League provides you with all the cross checked log information and past authors are available to assist.
