[NLRS] NLRS operators in MNQP

Janice and I will be out in four counties for MNQP. We will be chirping
W9FZ-4 and self-spotting on http://qsopartyhub.com/mnqp-spots.php .  We are
activating ITA, STL, LAK, and COO

We will be pledging our points to the Northern Lights Radio Society (NLRS).
If you are in Minnesota Wireless Assn, I don't believe you are supposed to
pledge your points to them since they are the sponsor/host club.  If you are
a Northern Light'er, please consider listing NLRS as your club.

In the past, NLRS has placed very well in the club competition. Sure, if
you've promised your points to some other club--no problem. But if you
haven't pledged elsewhere, please consider listing Northern Lights Radio
Society as your club.
