[NLRS] Special Event Station W5MPZ active today and tomorrow

NLRS Gang,

My employer, Sandia National Laboratories, has celebrated their 75th
anniversary in 2024.  To honor that event, we have activated the original
Sandia Base ham radio club callsign, W5MPZ, first active in 1947, as a
special event operation.

There were some logistical issues and speed bumps getting it all pulled
together, especially for operating remotely from Albuquerque NM, where
HQ is, but we got 'er done in the nick of time-- 2 days left.

I thought it would be fun to give out some contacts on the VHF and
UHF bands over the next couple days from here.  So, I will be operating
periodically on 6m, 2m, 222, 432 and 1296 this afternoon, evening and
off and on tomorrow.  So if you are on the bands, look for me around
the calling frequency on each of those bands. SSB only for now.
